Our head coach Laura has been part of the competitive dog agility world for many years now. She currently competes with her dogs Indy, Harper and Ross. All rescue dogs have had impressive agility careers so far, showing even more promise for the future. Laura with Indy and Harper have been selected to help represent Ireland on a number of occasions for international competitions abroad such as the World Agility Open, the IFCS World Agility Championship and the European Open.
Indy has also held Top Dog in Ireland for 3 years in a row, earning Laura and Indy the honour of representing Ireland at the International Invitation Agility event at Crufts for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
With various dogs, she has won up through the grades in the Irish Kennel Club, the Irish Agility and Dog Sports Association and the Kennel Club (UK). She is a qualified and licensed agility judge for the Irish Agility and Dog Sports Association and the Kennel Club UK.
She holds a Diploma in Dog Training and she regularly attends seminars and workshops with top national and international handlers to keep up to date with the latest handling and evidence-based training methods within the sport.
In addition to agility, Laura is often hired to provide trained animals for the film and television industry. Her dog Indy in particular has been in quite a number of films, TV series and commercials, even her well-trained cat, Kit, has had much on-set experience.
Nikki has always studied and worked with animals. While at home in the UK, she started with earning her National Diploma in Animal Management and Husbandry and Canine Behaviour and Handling. Since moving to Ireland she has spent 3 years being the supervisor of a busy doggy daycare while continuously updating her education within dog training, behaviour and animal care. She currently works as assistant agility trainer for WaggyMamas along with running her own dog walking business Paws are Made for Walking. She and her rescued Patterdale Terrier cross, Maddie took the competition scene by storm in their first season winning up to IKC grade 3. Her young border collie JJ shows buckets of potential for when he starts competing too.

Sheena has been working with dogs for the past 8 years in various roles from veterinary assistant to voluntary work in dog rescues and she decided to pursue a career in dog training 6 years ago. She has a diploma in animal science along with doing courses with AniEd as part of her education while gaining experience working in dog training classes for the last number of years. She has attended various online webinars and other talks from renow ned dog trainers and strives to continue her education in this field. Sheena strives to make training a positive and fun experience for all the family.
